Payment can be made using the secure on line facility. Payment by cheque can also be made but please phone 01934 877296 before hand.
Delivery
JK125/270 composters (See below for wood pellets)
As with many Swedish products, these composters are delivered in flat pack form but are easy to assemble.
The cost includes delivery to UK mainland addresses only and VAT. For deliveries outside this area including Europe and other destinations, please contact us by e-mail confirming your address in writing for a quote.
Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days of payment being cleared. Deliveries are made via a national courier service and are normally made within 3 days of dispatch.
Cancellation and returns
Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of being received.
If you decide to cancel after the JK125/270 has been dispatched, it may be returned if it is unused and in its original packaging for a full refund less our original delivery costs. Please contact us for the return delivery address within 7 days of receiving the goods. The cost and responsibility for the safe return of the goods will be yours.
Damaged items
Before you sign for the goods, please inspect them to ensure they have arrived undamaged. Any damages must be recorded on the delivery ticket. You must contact us within 24hrs of delivery to notify us of any damages or shortages.
Damaged goods correctly identified will be replaced free of charge. If you decide to cancel your order then the cancellation and returns policy will apply.

Delivery from Sweden is charged at cost and is normally within 7 working days of ordering.
Installation costs are additional.
A full installation and commissioning service is available.
Wood Pellets Delivery
The price quoted is for 18.5Kg bags and includes VAT and delivery to mainland England and Wales.
Please note the following UK addresses are excluded from the normal quoted price:
Highlands & Islands of Scotland:- IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-50, PA49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, SCILLY ISLES:- BT, IM, TR21-25, JE, GY
